1. What EpoxyMatch is

EpoxyMatch is an online directory that lists epoxy flooring, floor coating, and polished concrete contractors and publishes cost guides and educational content. We are not a contractor. We don’t perform, supervise, or guarantee any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

2. Listings and information accuracy

Some listings are created from publicly available business information such as business names, addresses, phone numbers, and websites. We try to keep listings accurate, but we can’t guarantee that every detail is current or complete. Ratings, descriptions, prices, and cost estimates on the site are for general information only and are not quotes or offers.

3. For homeowners and other site users

• You are responsible for choosing, vetting, and hiring any contractor, including checking licenses, insurance, references, and written contracts.
• When you submit a quote or contact request, the information you provide is sent to the contractor you selected, or to the EpoxyMatch team for unclaimed listings, who may pass your request to that business or a suitable local contractor.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit spam, false requests, or requests on behalf of someone else without permission.

4. For contractors

• Claiming a listing. You may claim a listing only if you are the owner of that business or authorized to manage it. We may ask for proof and may approve, reject, or reverse any claim at our discretion.
• Your content. You are responsible for everything you add to your listing, including text, photos, licenses, and prices. It must be accurate, lawful, and yours to use. By adding content, you give EpoxyMatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site and in related promotion of your listing.
• Verified badge. The Verified badge means we reviewed the documents you submitted at that time. It isn’t an endorsement or guarantee of your work, and we may remove it if documents expire or turn out to be inaccurate.
• Leads. Quote requests are sent to you as received. We don’t guarantee any number of leads, jobs, or revenue.
• Removal and corrections. Business owners can ask us to correct or remove a listing at any time through our contact page.

5. Featured and paid plans

Paid plans such as Featured placement are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date. Featured listings and sponsored placements are labeled as such, and outbound website links on the site may use nofollow or sponsored attributes.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape or bulk-copy the site, post false or misleading reviews, impersonate a business or person, attempt to access accounts or systems you don’t own, upload malicious code, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, text, cost guides, logos, and graphics are owned by EpoxyMatch or its licensors. You may share links and short quotes with attribution, but you may not republish our content without permission.

8. Third-party links

Listings and articles link to third-party websites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any contractor listed is licensed, insured, or qualified for your project.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EpoxyMatch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from work performed by contractors, disputes between users and contractors, or reliance on information on the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

11. Account suspension

We may suspend or remove any account, listing, or content that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or harmful.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
